Early morning Rasidaton
Our morning begins at 6:00 with chants in Pali, the classical language of Theravada Buddhism, followed by a one hour session of Rasidaton to prepare the practitioner for the Asian healing arts. The practitioners are further sustained with Spring Forest Qigong active exercise beginning at 12:00 noon. Appointments will not be available in those time slots.
